Privacy Policy

Who we are

Pick My Padel is a padel racket comparison platform that helps players find the right racket for their game. Our website is located at pickmypadel.com.

What data we collect

We collect minimal data to provide our service:

• Email address — If you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect your email address and which signup form you used. This is entirely optional.
• Usage analytics — We use privacy-friendly analytics (Vercel Web Analytics) to understand how visitors use our site (pages visited, general traffic patterns). This data is aggregated and does not personally identify you.
• Performance data — Vercel Speed Insights measures how fast pages load, including basic device and browser information. It is not used to identify you.
• Technical data — Like any website, our host processes your IP address to deliver pages and to protect the site from abuse (for example, limiting repeated signup attempts). We don't use it to identify you.

We do not collect passwords, payment information, or any other sensitive personal data. Our quiz and comparison tools run entirely in your browser — we don't store your quiz answers or racket preferences on our servers.

How we use your data

• Email — To send you occasional updates about new rackets, features, and padel content, based on your consent. We keep your address until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.
• Analytics — To understand which features are most useful and improve the site.

Third-party services

• Resend — We use Resend to manage our email subscriber list. Your email address is stored securely with Resend. See their privacy policy.
• Vercel — Our site is hosted on Vercel. See their privacy policy.

Affiliate links

Some links on this site are affiliate links to PadelUSA. If you click an affiliate link and make a purchase, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. These links are marked with rel="sponsored" for transparency. When you follow one, you leave our site and PadelUSA's own privacy policy applies; PadelUSA and its affiliate partner may set cookies to credit the referral. Affiliate links do not influence our racket recommendations — our quiz algorithm scores rackets purely based on your preferences.

Cookies

We do not set tracking cookies on this site. Our analytics are cookie-free and privacy-friendly. Your browser may store standard technical data (such as cached files) to improve performance, but we do not use cookies to track or identify you.

Your rights

You have the right to:

• Request a copy of any personal data we hold about you
• Request deletion of your data (including email unsubscription)
• Opt out of communications at any time
• Complain to your local data protection authority if you're unhappy with how we handle your data
